(稲荷山) Mt. Inari Hike

My first ever night hike, because well, hiking at not is not really recommended. Now, I'm not going to argue as to whether this is an actual hike or not, but for the purposes of this post, let's say that it is. Haha.

When to Go
Anytime during the day, but definitely recommended at night!

  • Mt. Inari is the location of Fushimi Inari Shrine, which is one of the most famous spots in Kyoto. 
  • Trailheads
    • Inari Station (稲荷駅). Accessed via train from Kyoto Station, though I walked because I had time to kill. 
  • Mountain huts. 
    • Paid. None. 
    • Free. None. 
    • Camping. None.
