  • Trailheads
    • Karasawa Kousen (唐沢鉱泉). No public transport available, but there is a taxi available at the trailhead (around JPY20,000 one way?).
  • Mountain huts. 
Itinerary
Saturday
  • 07:00am. Drive to the trailhead. 
  • 10:15am. Arrived at the trailhead. 
  • 10:40am. Start hike. 
  • 12:38pm. Arrive at the hut. Took a long lunch. 
  • 01:36pm. Started the summit push. 
  • 02:43pm. Arrived at the west peak. Started to head back down. 
  • 03:46pm. Back at the hut. Time to rest for dinner. 
Sunday
  • 07:40am. Started to head down. 
  • 08:43am. Back to trailhead.
